HPD Air Intake & Air Box Lid Kit Nissan Patrol ZD30 (Common Rail)

HPD's high flow air intake kit has been designed for those looking for increased flow, response and performance from their 3L Nissan Patrol common rail diesel.

The factory OEM Nissan intake hose is a ribbed plastic design. This factory hose is not only prone to going brittle and cracking but also creates drag along the side walls and restricts flow. Should the factory hose split you may be sucking in dust and debris into the turbo wearing the compressor blades.

This kit has been designed so that it can be easily installed. HPD have now added a 1/8 bsp boss in the underside of the air intake and a hose tail for those who are still running a factory boost solenoid as you will still require vacuum reference as the factory intake reservoir will be disconnected.

We suggest to also install the HPD VNTC boost controller to stabilize boost fluctuation.
